Yeees.... all that 'interesting' weather caused us some fun here in the Airline call centre - people can be so STUPID!!!!
Waiting for the deicers to finish the runway @ Flint MI, a guy phones the res centre to get another flight because he's going to miss his ride from the airport! What? He's on the plane about to take off and he calls the res. centre to change planes? Why didn't he wait until he was at 38,000 feet and I'd be glad to help him personally!
