Yes, we do have to have that oil and to me, therein lies the problem. It's not our oil. We can buy it. We can barter for it. But we can't just take it (except we pretty much do).

Hate to sound like a broken record but our dependence on oil should have been addressed long ago. Sadly, it will probably take a disruption of our oil supply before anything happens.
