Law and Order, Don't go Serina, I love you!

My lovely Serina gone, fired for caring too much. The agony, I hope she left for bigger and better things. What a beautiful woman. sigh

What I want to know is, how did she suddenly become a lesbian?

The lesbian thing came out of left field for me as well. Was that mentioned elsewhere and I missed it? "Not that there's anything wrong with that"

Yeah, Lenny was my favorite character. In hindsight I guess the cancer is why he left the show. You will be missed Orbach (except for his appearance in Steven Seagal's "Out For Justice" We'll overlook that one )

I love Law & Order, but for some reason I found Elisabeth Röhm to be a very stiff actress after Angie Harmon, Jill Hennessy, and Carey Lowell. Almost as if she was reading the script.. She didn't detract from the show though.. but I preferred the previous ADA's

To be honest you are correct but I rarely become enamored with actresses and I had quite a fondness for her, call it superficial but she was a cuty. Not that the others weren't but something about Serina.........

Yes, I thought she always played it straight with very little emotion, which is why I couldn't swallow her getting fired for "getting too emotionally involved with her cases." It just didn't wash.

And another thing...

Why have they never given us a reason to care about Ed Green's character? There are so few strong black characters on television today that it would have been nice if they'd developed his character the way they developed the others'. I thought he did a fine acting job (he's leaving the show too, apparently) but we were never given anything about the character's personal life.

I was completely thrown by the, "It's not because I'm a lesbian, is it?" question! My husband and I watch this show often and don't EVER remember her ever "coming out" or anything. What a drag to throw such a curve at the end. The DA looked as surprised as we were.

D said, the next job he gets fired from, that's what he ganna say.

Good plan.

Yeah, the lesbian thing was completely out of left field. I think NBC has become desperate for ratings and will do anything they think will help raise them.

I wonder if the actress wanted out or if NBC wanted her gone?
