Me being a real Aussie and all have found this thread quite amusing. I hope those lamingtons work out for you.
I have a few other suggestions you could use incase of disaster Just give them all vegemite but tell them it tastes like chocolate. This worked quite well for me when I was in Japan until they actually ate it. Does anyone sell Tim Tams over there? This is a great Australian biscuit. Especially good with hot chocolate - bite of opposing corners and suck the drink through it. mmmmmmmm Do you think they'd go for a shrimp on the barbie? How about some good old damper - oops soory that involves an oven or a pit of coals Come to think of it Lamingtons are your best bet |
