My best friend just bought a house in the middle of the trendy-retro-revival part of Tulsa.

Three bed, garage, giant ass backyard with new landscaped patio, original hardwood floors recently refinished, crown molding throughout, completely remodeled, $96,000.

Welcome to the Midwest, land of cheap ass real estate. The trade-off? Everything cool about everywhere else.

But that's totally cool, Becks. I can't wait until I get my student loans under control and can start looking at doing the same thing.

Rent sucks. It's money flying right out the effing window.
