Next week is finals week. I think I'm going insane. I think I took too many classes. I am afraid I might get a B in one of my classes. I can't sleep. I can't eat. I can't study because I am so burnt out. I can't do anything. I am in constant pain because I am so stressed out. I need some ideas on how to relax a bit.
