They played "Beautiful Boy" on the radio as I was coming into work today... it's kinda hard to drive when you're all weepy.

I can't pick just one... I love "Julia", tho' it's Lennon/McCartney... it's about John's mom
 And "Imagine", of course, and "Nobody Told Me" 'cos the rhythm of the chorus is so odd!

Thank you Smarty. That was beautiful. I remember Dec. 9,1980 as a big teary blur. My boss even sent me home that morning because my tears and anger were upsetting the office. I used to go to Beatlefest in Chicago with an old boyfriend back in the late 70's and had a real blast. Everything John did alone and with the other boys are are great. I didn't care too much for the screaming Yoko in the background, though. "Imagine" and "Give Peace a Chance" are up there. I think I have to get the old turntable spinning tonight and "Remember all the people... ."
