i am irritated with blackroses comment. you have no idea what was going on when you happened to watch a dog being helped along the side of the highway. i dont know about you, but when my dog gets out of my back gate, she usually isnt very cooperative with getting back in my car. its not that the she doesnt want to come home with me, it is that she is always curious about what is outside the fence. the person that you witnessed doing a good deed, could have in fact been trying to get there animal into there car and back home- with no help from you of course.... at least someone was picking him up from the side of a speeding highway, right?
