i'm currently working on my weight as well
i gained 12 kg in 2 years because i got handicapped and couldn't walk anymore. my ass has become huge!
my diet works on boosting my calorie intake. it's a slow way of dieting, but at least i can stuff myself!
i eat:

2 slices of bread with cheese
vitamin supplements

2 slices of bread with cheese or jam

apple

2 slices of bread with cheese or meat
14:00
2 slices of bread with cheese

orange

big plate of salad with fruit, fish, anything i like (no dressing, just oil)
big plate of vegetables, little bit of meat, with pasta or bread on the side

bit of cheese or handful of nuts
i drink 3 liters of fluid during the day, mostly water or tea.
no potatoes, no extra sugar.
total calorie intake is 1300-1600 kcal depending on the kind of dinner i eat. i can even hit mcD's one day a week and still lose weight! YAY!
i lost 4 kg in 4 weeks, now i'm eating a little bit less to make sure i get a steady weight.. not the yo-yo idea. next month i'm going to do the same trick.
i love this diet because i can stuff myself. if i want to stop losing weight, all i have to do is eat less and it all turns back to normal. no rumbling stomach!
