You're right and the really upsetting thing is it isnt just kids in the traditional sense, fifteen sixteen year olds that everyone thinks of. Some of my coworkers did not know some basic biology of humans and reproduction and these were young adults, twenty two or twenty three years old, adults people assume have had sex ed and they are having lots of sex (I worked with some seriously attractive people) and they dont know that yes you can catch diseases through oral sex or yes you can get a girl pregnant even if you pull out! In 2006 no less. I myself am extremely lucky that I dont have ten kids following me around. I was an idiot teenager (fortunately with two awesome older sisters), but I still made (and continue to make) mistakes.

A friend of mine told me told me a while ago that 30 Days show on Wednesday will be about abortion. I found a video clip of it and it is really interesting. I hope each stand of the pro-life and pro-choice will be given equal attention.

This isn't a debate. This is an ad for a TV show. I'm going to recommend to Frieda that this thread be removed from this forum. Anyone else care to join me?
eta: or at least - let's have the impertinent posts removed. I'm interested in what people have to say about plan B - perhaps a new thread could be created in which the merits of Plan B could be debated?

Well i think the debate here was whether abortion is being used as some sort of routine procedure that is taken too lightly (its not) and should that attitude be tolerated, (yes) at least originally.
Plan B is not really up for debate unless you hate science and biology and just believe whatever political garbage is shoved down your throat. Its safe, effective and keeps girls outta trouble (read: unwanted pregnancies). Whats not to like? And yes the 30 days stuff is irrelevant. |

I was just sharing it since we are talking about abortion in here, this show seems to fit the topic that's why i included it in my post. I am very much concern with the teenagers nowadays getting used to abortion that's why i wanted to spread the word about the effects that may happen. by the way you misinterpreted me in that matter.peace. |

All of us are concerned here. What we are talking about is having an abortion or not. Are you concern with the baby's life? If the woman will undergo abortion she will carry the guilt all her life. Just take a look for example the pregnant women featured in 30 Days, they are very emotionally attached to their baby. Wait, have you watched the show?

Aren't there enough people breeding that shouldn't? I think a lot of people should be sterilised and then we really wouldn't have this problem.
Then again, don't listen to me. I've never been to be much of a humanitarian.
