uh...ok... listen to me...you can not allow yourself to be programmed by anyone else. You really shouldn't give a rats ass about how he feels since he obviously doesn't give a rat's ass about how you feel.

Also...I don't have to live with my husband of 11 and a half years if he suddenly decides to start being an asshole to me on a regular basis...and you don't have to live with this guy either.

This is not about what you have to do, this is about what you want or need to do.

Think about this as a business relationship, because it's certainly not a mutual romantic one.

He is using your resources and your overhead while stealing office supplies for personal use and or gain... He's the source of that huge sucking noise on your happiness profits. This is in direct violation of business ethics. It is non-negotiable at this point.

You are the CEO of your household, his abuse and conflict of interest should not be tolerated and it is strongly recommended that you reconsider his contract renewal.
