oh yeah? i tried that for most of my twenties and it got me nowhere.
since i got hot running water things have looked up considerably.

Well, it's a fine line sometimes. We like you to look like you've been doing some kind of manly work and don't spend too much time preening, but actually dirty isn't so nice. I prefer no smell or faint-to-medium man smell to cologne..ick. Kinda sweaty, kinda smelly, broken-nosed man with a bit of manure on his boots? Mmm. However, a man who looks and smells like he's been rolling in cow pies? Not so much.

I also think that it depends on the kind of woman you tend to be interested in. If you tend toward the type of woman who prefers clean, trimmed, and perfumed, you won't get any where.
