It's a mixed media collage.

This is going to sound pathetic, but though I love to make and give such gifts I haven't often received things like it. There was a lot of thought put into it, and it was really very surprising.
...Almost as good as the cough drop tin my best friend decorated with gold glitter and an iguana for me, or this neat pair of community pants I got once...

I've had him bookmarked for a long time, but I finally got around to making this little guy today. Old style cut&pasting was more therapeutic than I'd expected, plus he adds some more kickass to my desk. That site's shop is well worth checking out too, I'm considering buying the angler fish t-shirt.

I am flying to Spain on Friday where am gonna stay with a friend in a super-duper villa at the beach, (sun)bath, eat strawberries, hang out in the city with her and this guy my friend has already told me zillions of cool tales about etc and so on
