I'm kinda rubbish at it. But then I've long established that I've got rather poor eyballing judgment. |

Marcus has thrown himself full time into John McCain's campaign, beguiled by his desperate promise to reduce America's reliance on cheap foreign limericks.

"Bale's" is just a pseudonym his real last name is "Anderson".....
Touchdown maker: Speedy Marcus Anderson breaks through for Aggie offense By Teddy Feinberg Sun-News Sports Editor Article Launched: 10/10/2008 12:00:00 AM MDT Click photo to enlarge When Marcus Anderson catches the football, he tends to leave defenders behind. (Courtesy photo) http://www.lcsun-news.com/portlet/ar...7&startImage=1 LAS CRUCES — His start to the 2008 season has raised eyebrows in the New Mexico State Aggies' locker room. For wide receiver Marcus Anderson, however, it's just another day at the office. "For the people here, my teammates, my coaches, I think they might be surprised," Anderson said. "For the people that know me well, they don't even blink an eye. They're pretty much used to it."

I'm sorry to say that I think he actually died. There is no force in heaven or on earth that could prevent his living self from completing a dictionary thread word that he posted.
But I hope that this rumor of his demise is greatly exagerated. So...explicitly; "Where in the world is Marcus Bales?": 6 feet under the surface. |

He and his team at AIG just got back from a fabulous $400,000 spa retreat on the taxpayers dime:

I'm with Coffee. I'm afraid he may actually be not at all well.
![]() Maybe he's just on a long lovely vacation to Rio? Here's hoping we don't need to post a real eulogy in the eulogy thread. |

Seriously now, did he or didn't he leave a message a few weeks ago that he was "out of here" ? I'd been gone for the summer, and it was one of the first things I saw when i came back...shoot, now I have to go look for it.
ETA: 9/06/08 Leaving the dictionary game hanging was a nice touch, I think. That way we'd be sure to miss him ![]()
