The actual definition:
Paradiddle /ˈpærəˌdɪdl/[par-uh-did-l] –noun an exercise or sequence performed typically on the snare drum, marked by four basic beats with alternation of the right hand and left hand on successive strong beats, and begun and ended slowly with a dramatic increase in tempo in the middle. On to the fun part..! The Hahn's Beer award for creativity goes out to Hyakujo's Fox for the high speed relief answer. The 'Colt 45 - to be shared with a friend' award for including fellow board members in their answers, is shared by Ysapur and Marcus. The El Dorado 21 year old award goes to Brynn for pretty much nailing the actual definition in the usage sentence, but not the definition itself. The Oban Award of Excellence goes out to xfox for being clever and talented. And the Grand prize.. The Laphroaig Quarter Cask award goes to.. Brynn for the late but great: paradiddle - the mystery of faith renewed (Well that and welcoming me back so kindly..)
