i've made a nudelauflauf (noodle based casserole?) today, the first auflauf i ever made, and i made it with chicken meat slices, peas, an extra egg

and loads of garlic and cheese, and it's wow

(and i'm an auflauf-spoilt brat thanks to my grandma = auflauf-godess!)

it's for my boy

he did ask for auflauf you see
