i once got a black eye from a collision with my neighbor's dog. i was bending down to pick up a fallen "where's waldo?" book that i had just dropped in the driveway, and suddenly the big huskie came barrelling past, smashing into the side of my face. i looked as if i had been in a wild fight...the dog had a big bump on his head, too.
