Thank you everybody, you guys and girls made my day.
Dickie: Your Afrikaans is going well. But why learning Afrikaans if you can learn Dutch, a language that has been developing since we set foot on ground in South Africa? (Afrikaans is nothing more than the Dutch language spoken in the 17th century, but due to the remoteness of the home country and the intellect of most settlers, it didn't develope as "my" Dutch. For a linguistic student this should be a very nice test-lab I think to compare the two language's evolution.
