if i'm understanding what i read -- you have to be a member of the community to participate -so its a much larger version of the communal interactive literary pieces we compose together on the fiction project forum which is different from our activity here @ chitchat where we are responding to each other.

in theory, yes. however in practice it tends toward socialism - participants begin to adopt the same general value system for the good of the project.

if you have any doubts look at wikipedia...

in all everyone has been surprised by how people interact with wikis...most people assumed that it would result in chaos, but instead its led to very complex group behavior

nothing surprises me when it come to people not even their ability to behave like civilized adults-- on occasion
