I lurked for a few weeks before I joined. No big reason, just enjoyed seeing what was going on. Then I wanted to get in on the either or thread but by the time I'd registered and stuff the one I was trying to answer was loooonnnng gone.

And I only have a computer at work, so I can only get on when I'm here. Often, by the time I catch up on a thread and get ready to jump in, I have to stop and actually do some work. Harumph -- the nerve of my workplace!
