1. How long does it take you to get ready for work in the morning?
About an hour. 2. Are you a jump out of bed at the first noise from your alarm, or hit snooze 20 times person? Hit snooze as many times as I can. 3. Do you set your alarm early to wake up slowly around your house, or do you wait until the last minute and bolt for work? Wait til last minute enough so that I have no goofing around time, but don't really have to hurry. 4. What's your morning routine? Shower, coffee, try to avoid tripping over my 3 dogs while half asleep, do makeup and hair, dress, throw dogs outside with fresh water, and start my 45 minute commute. 5. Do you wake up to a buzzer from your alarm, or music? What station if music? Music. Pop. 6. How do you typically sleep? On your side, on your back, on your stomach or all over the place? Side mostly, occasionally back or stomach. 7. Do you snore? Apparently so, sometimes. I've even woke myself up on occasion. 8. What do you wear to bed? Nightgown. 9. How much sleep do you need to get each night to feel "healthy"? 8 hrs. 10. Do you dream? Do you remember your dreams? What was the last vivid dream (that you can share here) that you had? I dream and remember some of them. My work situation has been rocky so I've been having the "laid off" nightmares lately. |
