Hate to see anyone suffer with the flu when it's not really necessary  Garlic, honey & onion all have natural antibiotics in them so they're all really good for preventing & curing icky stuff. Lemon & ginger have antiseptic properties & are also good for chest gunk clearing LOL Right! I've done my bit towards the 100,000 for tonight. I'm off to my bed Nunight Klynne hunny & all you lurkers out there, happy dreams when you get there Wanders off up the stairs with Blanky trailing behind her
