It was a general comment to monkeys wanting to loose weight. I'm sure that you do your best, love

I am eating tons and still feel like I'm getting hungry more frequently. And is it my imagination, or do my dress slacks feel a little loose today?! I ate cheese yesterday and that seems to have driven up the sat fat grams considerably, but I still think things look pretty in line for the day...

I went to the gym again today, and bought 50 passes, so now I have even more reason to go.

My legs feel like Jell-o right now, but it's a beneficial hurt, so I'm happy.

Way to work it Jaime!

After seeing Jasmina's post earlier, I started searching online for simple, inexpensive equipment that I could afford and fit into my home. I found a cool stairmaster cardio thing for under $100 and the reviews make it sound pretty sturdy. Thanks for the inspiration, Jasmina!

I skipped the fitness center today at lunch in favor of being lazy. I worked out really hard the last four days so I don't feel guilty about that...

try it before you buy it. i went to buy one of those a few months ago but it seemed flimsy and hard to balance on. of course that one has poles to hold onto. i tried one without poles and ended up falling off of the damn thing.

so i ended up buying a full elliptical machine. which kicks my butt, and i'm a wuss who doesn't like having her butt kicked, so i don't use it anymore.

I bought this slightly different one in the end. It was 40 from Argos (the best shop in the world) and it's fantastic! (they had cheaper ones but they would probably have been too flimsy)
It has a little computer on it too to show calories/ number of steps / time elapsed etc. etc.
And it's very sturdy too so no falling off (unless exercising whilst drunk which is never advisable!)
I would have bought a proper machine but I live in a 1 bedroom flat in London so space is an issue.
