I did it and I'm glad.
I did it with the express purpose of pushing the porn spam off the page without relegating our beloved dictionary game to the second page with it.

And no one can stop me. I tell you, I am exhausted.

What time is it where you are, anyway? Six in the morning????

syllepsis

A cosmic event in which one not often seen on the Zeboard finds himself with a minute or two he can use to post in the Dictionary Game.

Finding the planets had aligned properly and the earth had rotated to the exact right spot, and also having a few minutes between tasks at work, daver successfully posted a definition for syllepsis.

syllepsis - the state of mind following recognition of a karmic rejoinder, or of poetic justice.

After winning the Dictionary Game for a definition that he just barely had time to post Daver was faced with the time-consuming task of picking and judging the next word, a job that left him nearly paralyzed with syllepsis.

syllepsis - the act of commenting on a preemptive first-prize award when impatience on the board has been observed, and then forming a definition about it based on the meta-experience, followed by an extremely lazy example sentence.

Blanche blah blah blah blah blahed him then proceeded to blah blah blah in a fit of syllepsis.

syllepsis (n) the state of being left on the shelf

As Marcus Bales leant out the window and sighed pointedly and repeatedly, he wondered if he had followed his once well thumbed Webster's into syllepsis.

syl·lep·sis n.
A construction in which a word governs two or more other words but agrees in number, gender, or case with only one, or has a different meaning when applied to each of the words, as in:
Rend your heart, and not your garments. Joel 2:13

Here thou, great Anna! whom three realms obey,
Dost sometimes counsel take - and sometimes tea.
Alexander Pope, The Rape of the Lock

He had slyly enveigled her up to his flat
To view his collection of stamps
And he said as he hastened to put out the cat,
The wine, his cigar and the lamps:
"Have some Madeira, m'Dear!
You really have nothing to fear.
[...]
Unaware of the wiles of the snake in the grass
And the fate of the maiden who topes,
She lowered her standards by raising her glass,
Her courage, her eyes and his hopes.
[...]
She let go her glass with a shrill little cry.
Crash! Tinkle! It fell to the floor.
When he asked "what in Heaven?" she made no reply,
Up her mind, and a dash for the door.

Flanders and Swan, Medeira, M'dear

Marcus -- The I'm sure your preoccupation with decay says nothing at all about your state of mind award: Some Listerine pocket packs, and a 7 oz. bottle of Rot Stop, for all your hydroponics needs.

phlebodium n. a repetitive action, no matter if it's condoned by generally accepted standards, but that satisfies a specific need.

Count Dracula was warded off again while the damsel left the phlebodium unnoticed.

phlebodium: the highly identifiable (by density, specific gravity, and colour) sputum that clings to the corners of the mouths of those who are perpetually offended.

phlebodium

Euphemism for fat scientists.

Richard Feynman closed his adress to the Royal Astronomical Society with "...and in closing, it is my great pleasure to announce to this phlebodinous assemblage that lunch is served", which was received with a thunderous applause.

phlebodium - a room set aside exclusively for the purpose of hurling tedious books against a wall, or in some cases, a specific person (preferably the author).

phlebodium

Disease most common in politicians. It involves involuntary twitches in the legs when answering questions not on the list provided by your handlers.

Senator Clinton's phlebodium was so pronounced that the reflexive tapping of her foot on the stage was heard two blocks away.

phlegbodium - the room in which the ancient Romans phlegboed, or were rubbed all over in sweet-smelling oil, and then had their whole bodies scraped clean by slaves wielding small phlegbos, or scrapers.

Say what you will about that Madasacutsnake, but she loves her phlegbodium!
