Cream buns© = They don't exist really. However, a bud begged me for a recipe & actually made up a few batches of them....her hubby then banned her from baking them cos they were putting on so much weight through eating them....Oops? LOL
Otay = Okay
Likey - like
Y'all = you all
Youse/Youm/Youz/Joo = you

(_(_)(_)_) wiggling bottom
Nuh uh = no
Hunny = honey
Iffen = if
Mwah = the sound a kiss on the cheek makes
Tiss = kiss
Chillin' = relaxing
hyb = haul your booty
Wetodded = retarded
Innit = Isn't it

Some of the words/phrases are mine...others belong to friends or they're ones I've picked up on my travels. I'll keep adding to this as things come to mind. hopefully you'll begin to get an idea of how it works from what I've managed to get down on paper so far

Here are some southern CA 80's terms... Wonder if they are still used:

Lets kick it in and bail = Lets get out of here
Flip a bitch = make a uturn
gelling = relaxing, or mellow

One phrase I use to get a kick out of was "I was all", or " I am all" (guess it depends on the tense one is using).

I will attempt to put this into context: "My friend Wendy told me that we had to leave, and I was all, no way dude, I want to stay."

So, what time is it in London now? Is it 2:00 a.m.? I think you guys are 6 hours ahead of us? Or is it 1:00 a.m.? We do that day light savings time thingy here.

Or is it early afternoon? Shoot, I can't remember. I was an exchange student in Europe during a summer in highschool. All I know for sure is that it is 8:00 in the morning in Thailand

Hope you had fun! Hope your head does not hurt you in the morn. My boyfriend just called me, he has the flu. I guess this is something I can look forward to in the next couple of days

I did & it won't..........I gave up the demon drink some time ago

Ugh@flu.....drink LOADS of fluids & vit C...if you do get it drink hot honey & lemon & use lots of onions, ginger & garlic in your food....you'll be fine in no time

If it does get you spend at least one full day in bed sweating it out

Thanks for the advice sweets! Just took some C and a big glass of H2O. I had no idea about the garlic connection, but I love garlic, and won't be seeing my boyfriend for a couple of days until he recovers...so bring on the garlic....

You're most welcome^_^

Hate to see anyone suffer with the flu when it's not really necessary

Garlic, honey & onion all have natural antibiotics in them so they're all really good for preventing & curing icky stuff. Lemon & ginger have antiseptic properties & are also good for chest gunk clearing LOL

Right! I've done my bit towards the 100,000 for tonight. I'm off to my bed

Nunight Klynne hunny & all you lurkers out there, happy dreams when you get there

Wanders off up the stairs with Blanky trailing behind her
