But we don't have them here!!

It's some sort of Indonesian-Netherlands wormhole you've got over there, I expect.
Some people have all the luck.

Our wormholes are worse than your wormholes.

^I dunno, pearly, the Dutch have themselves some prrty nasty wormholes - I wouldn't want to see the result of a worm-off

I have a request:

I'm stranded in Portland, Oregon, until Wednesday morning. Can someone tell me what to do in this town? I'm busy til 5 every day, then have to keep myself occupied and out of trouble til bedtime.

I'm listening to "I - Dose" right now. Not sure if I'm causing myself irreparable harm or not....http://www.i-dose.us/

ETA: Okay, that was freaky, reading along, and ... well, you know

*faints*
i asked my colleague about the damn djamboes-- he's indonesian-- he says they have the fibrous structure of apples but are very watery, but they don't disintegrate like watermelons. they vary in taste from sweet (red ones) to sour (green or pink ones). you just wash & clean them, then eat. the sour ones are eaten with a bit of salt on every bite. the word aer in djamboe aer means water.

happy now??

^Oh, I never posted that yes, I was happy!

Still want to try one. A red one.

But right now I would like to request that someone bring me some sake and a hot towel.

Bowl of Saki for December 15
