Here's my baby...
Sorry, but the cameras that you've pick don't quite have the mega pixels that I need.
Here's a pic of my baby. http://www.sonystyle.com/is-bin/INTE...amCamcor ders Last edited by LaptopBomber : 09-24-2003 at 05:59 PM. |

You're talking about still frames correct? These aren't meant for taking stills. I'm looking for video quality. I almost bought the Sony TRV70 but decided against it because I'd rather have a 3 CCD camera.

Whatever...
Did you even look at the camera that I was talking about? I have the Sony TRV70. It's a 2 megapixel miniDV video camcorder. It also takes stills. Is that what you wanted?

I looked into buying that camera but I wanted to go with a more broadcast quality. That's only consumer grade and to be a shooter it's better to have a professional grade camera. Most people want a 3 CCD camera and that one is not 3 CCD. 3 CCD - Charge-Coupled Device. It breaks up the video signal into the three primary colors: Blue, Green and Red and that allows for a better picture quality. That camera doesn't have the features I'm looking for like manual white balance, gain, iris and color control. I'm also looking for XLR audio inputs.
