God bless my beautiful daughter. She only tried on two prom dresses and chose the more modest and inexpensive of the two. I was expecting a two hour trying on thirty dresses session (I even brought a book along to keep me from screaming out of pure mind numbing bordom) and a big fight about the cleavage issue. We then crossed Route 1 to go to a cheapo but good shoe store and that took ten minutes to find the perfect funky sandals to wear with her new dress. Life was good today. Actually, it ranks a good happy!!!!

Someone help my neighbour... I just had to call the police cos she was screaming and sounding like she was getting beaten up... I'm not moving from here, given the recent events in London. Hope she's ok.

i've developed a worrying taste/obsession with tunnock's caramel wafers. they're deliciously retro. yeah, they don't taste all that good. sort of cardboardy. with dusty tasting chocolate.

but i love them because in my head that's what the 50s tasted like

the taste of the 50's: for me that's Bebogeen ('Geen boter beschikbaar'; no butter available) invented just after WW 2
Caramel paste for sandwiches

I'm in love with a boy I can't have and a boy who won't have me. I am also sick of chicken.

My neighbors want me to create a rooster topiary from an old evergreeen shrub in front of their house. I've looked at some of the internet sites and yawn. Any ideas? I know this is random et al. PM me if you have a plan.

i seem to be in charge of organising a 2 day stag party for 16 men.

eek! what do men like to do on stag things? anything out of the stereotypical (eg apart from strippers and go karts?)
