oh dear
Is "hemming curtains" some kind of vulgar Aussie innuendo?

Perhaps I should have said that I have to sew up the ends of some window textiles. With thread. And a needle. Using a thimble?

I'm just making it worse, aren't I?

is it possible to be already late for something that i still have to go to when i wake up tomorrow morning??

you know, like going to bed too late, knowing that i will have to take a shower tomorrow morning too, knowing that this particular morning ritual will usually take 2 hours, and having an appointment at 08:00h?

complicated, such matters
