Sometimes tea works pretty well.
But then, my tea fetish is kinda out of hand.

As a man comfortable with his masculinity, I am not ashamed to say that when I need to relax I take a long hot candlelit bath.
Depending on my mood I may even use a bit of lavender, anise or sandalwood scented bath oil.

You know, I also make stuff to relax. Like, nerdy handicraft stuff. Origami. Beads. The more tedious, the better, for some reason.

eazy smeezy - Terry Gilliam is coming out with a new flick in 09 called, The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus. Text says: "set in the present day, and tells the story of Dr Parnassus and his extraordinary 'Imaginarium', a travelling show where members of the audience get an irresistible opportunity to choose between light and joy or darkness and gloom."

Given the opportunity what would you choose and why?

lightness and joy, because joy tastes bitter and gloom is sticky sweet and frankly I'm trying to lose weight.
