ATTENTION ALL MONKEYS!

I repeat: ATTENTION ALL MONKEYS!

This is your daily reminder to get your arses in gear and give me your e-mail addresses.

I'd also like to take this time to extend a warm 'Thank You' to those timely, efficient, monkeys that have already done so.

Have a great day!

Yeah, the post office is like the bank. It is never open. There hours are the same hours I work. Who is sending mail? Only jobless people? It is crazy.

Willow, you'll be getting some dvds soon... I chickened out and put my old address as the return, so don't send anything back to there. And then I didn't even have to make out a declaration sticker!

Melissa, look out for an unusual postcard in the mail soon!

DrSmooth!!

Thanks for the postcard! It was special delivered to me in it's very own envelope which had printed on one side:

"Dear Valued Postal Customer:
I want to extend my sincere apology as your Postmaster for the enclosed document that was enadvertently damaged in handling by your Post Office.

We are aware how important your mail is to you. With that in mind, we are forwarding it to you in an expeditious fashion.

The U.S. Postal Service handles over 202 billion pieces of mail each year. While each employee makes a concerted effort to process, without damage, each piece of mail, an occasional mishap does happen.

We are constantly working to improve our processing methods so that these incidents will be eliminated. You can help us greatly in our efforts if you will continue to properly prepare and address each letter or parcel that you enter into the mailstream.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding and sincerely regret any inconvenience that you have experienced.

Your Postmaster"

The postcard was mangled, then repaired with tape. It looks pretty funny, like a cute puppy with it's leg bandaged.

Thanks for the card, Dr Smooth!!

Well, Mr Brown-nosing Postmaster has yet to apologize to ME for not delivering ANY of the 15 postcards I mailed from Massachusetts two weeks ago!

15 out of 15 of 'em not delivered? That's a pretty bad average! I'd be pretty irritated.
