That is an absolutely beautiful picture.

What properties did you use to make it look so clear?
5.0 inches X 4.0 inches @ 100 DPI...564.2kb...
That kind of thing. What are your settings to post it so well?

Checked the properties on the picture and it's 634 x 476 dpi. 6.6 x 4.96 inches.
Dunno what kind of camera he uses or what settings. I can ask if you'd like.

Here's lonewolf's trip report as taken from here.

Hey Gang.
Talk about a major wild hair. I've had one for months about the New
River Gorge and Babcock SP in West Virginia. Well today I got to see
them. I think this exploring thing may be becoming a sickness. Who
ever heard of driving over 750 miles round trip just to take the
picture of a mill? Actually I packed a bunch into the day. I left
Spartanburg about 6:30am and didn't even stop to eat until after
dark. I knew daylight was wasting on these shorter fall days and
just "couldn't find the time"
I finally caught Mabry Mill above Mt Airy on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Stopped to view the New River Gorge Bridge. (what a piece of work
that thing is), drove down the midlands trail to check out 3
waterfalls in that area. Then I backtracked to Babcock and the real
reason for the trip. I wish I could have been a couple days later for
the color but who knows when a killing freeze or big wind will end
the season.
The day started off cool and overcast. I was tickeled when I got to
Mabry Mill and had decent light. That didn't last as the sky turned
pure blue with no sign of a cloud. Made pictures of the New River
Gorge and the falls less than impressive, but I wasted enough time
that the sun was setting by the time I got to the main event.lol I
posted a shot in the files section, for anyone wishing to see if they
reconize the scene. I'd seen this mill many times on wall art, post
cards, and calendars. I just had to see it. Guess that makes me one
sick puppy. Sad part is I think it all was worth the effort. I need
to get back in that area again sometime. The drive up 77 is one of
the most scenic I've ever seen. West Virginia is especially pretty
with tons, and tons of stuff to do. Lots of waterfalls close. The
majority of leaves are a week or so away from peak in that part of NC
and Va. so I'd highly recommend this one for anyone with a day or two
to burn in the next couple weeks.
