Unless you have stage 4 chronic kidney disease, because then, and I cannot emphasize this enough, there is not one single thing that it is safe for you to eat except nondairy creamer, in small amounts.

I lost my cat to ergot-biscuit syndrome last fall and would welcome the pitter patter of little feet.

Probably I am dotty enough without having a dotterel.
Perhaps a paraquot.

Or even three.
