If you're using a mix or a recipe that works well in other ovens, maybe your oven is too hot or has a hot spot. Turn it down a bit and see what happens. If it's convection, try turning the fan either off or on -- the air circulating can cause dryness, but it can also prevent hot spots. Paper muffin liners can help, too.

If you're not sure of the recipe, try one with more oil, or replace some of the oil with mashed bananas or pumpkin, and cover them as soon as they've cooled just a little bit.

Tee hee muffin liners

It's cupcakes mix from a pack, so good recipe and no oil. I'll do some experiments with the oven temperature. Thanks!

- a pipe?
- a CD with really good music?
- chocolates or biscuits?
- alcohol?
- flashing reindeer antlers?
- massage coupons?
- a book about the Assyrian Empire? (with photographs)
- or you can make a calendar with photos of you and him when you were young and for each month/photo write down something that you did together and was cool and you still treasure as a memory of the time gone by
