Smile Lord Of The Rings

I just got finished reading this book, and I would have to say it is wonderful. It is a book that you have to read with an open imagination. It is filled with hobits, elves, wizards and much more interesting characters. I have seen the movies also, but the book is far better. It is a must read!

I didn't mind the first movie, but the rest of them were boring for me. Plus they were very confusing until I read the books.

The films were of course cinema history in the making and had to be ordered story wise in the film versions so that the dramatic points of the unfolding story arc would be fairly balanced.
Although having read the book first this made me think about parts that should have appeared but did'nt, like for instance meeting tom bombadil in fangorn forest, but then on second thought he did'nt really add that much to the story of the one ring.
