Oh good grief! I'm watching "The Butterfly Effect" on dvd and there's a prison scene where Pretty Boy Kutcher is grabbed in the crotch by a mean bald prisoner who threatens him -- and yeah, it's my ex boyfriend from more than a decade ago.

Uh I chose the director's cut version, not sure how it differs from the theater version. I've got it on pause right now. Not sure I can watch any more.

Doug was the only other guy in my life to cheat on me. He was also the only other actor I've ever dated. He's also typically only in really bad B movies (although this movie isn't that stellar), so him popping up on my tv screen was quite unexpected.

This is so very very weird.

Got the results of my glucose tolerance test today. I'm healthy and diabetes free! I knew I was but better to be safe than sorry.
All bad cholesterol signs are down and the good ones are up!
As we're nearing Heart Walk time, I want to remind all my monkey colleagues to take care of their health and see their doctor's regularly.

Can you do Decaf daverbee? There are some real nice decafs out there.
