If you like Ministry, Catbelly, you would probably like Skinny Puppy. They're kind of similar.
I'm not sure about Metal, but these bands are more along the lines of Industrial Goth: The Cruxshadows, Collide, Tapping the Vein, The Dreamside. Those four are pretty good if you're wanting to expand your Industrial collection.
