Just saw this thread and must also question the royal families' wealth (or poverty, in terms of whatever sense of privacy and responsibility they do, or don't, have) and is it representative of what's happening in the global village we live in today, or some fairy story? What's the value in having a living prince, princess, queen, etc.?

It is good that nobody was beheaded. Wow, I've never used that word before, but Chas tried to do the right thing. He had been at sea in the Royal Navy when Camilla married the other guy. Shouldn't people be happy? It's a miracle when true love happens. I wouldn't trade my anonymity for anything, either, though.

I'm not an expert on this, but isn't Prince Charles an avid supporter of the arts? If that's true, it's reason enough to like him

And I'm happy he got to marry his true love. People look different when you know them well - I bet they know how to see each other filled inside from their personalities.
