This is a photo I failed to take of my work laptop operating perfectly, admirably even, before my spouse dropped its mouse on the CTRL key, simultaneously destroying the plastic key cover and FUBARing some hard drive sector such that all it will do now is mull over the same data repeatedly, clicking its little binary tongue in displeasure.

Here's a lovely shot I didn't take of a stunning multiple rainbow effect over Nigara falls as I plummeted in a barrel.

And here's one of me recovering in hospital afterwards giving a big thumbs-up, quite ironically as my thumb has clearly been plastered into that position.
