Do you think there sould be a myspace a little more appropriate for kids under the age of 14? Please tell me what you think and post here.

This will probably go over like a lead balloon, but before the onset of the internet kids did do other things like, playing outside, reading books, writing letters, practicing a musical instrument, drawing by hand, things essential to their development. myspace will never be essential to a child's development. It's a matter of parental will and the community you choose to raise them in.

Anna you are correct. Too many parents are more interested in other things besides their children, so they take up all this time on the internet. There is value in teaching children to use the internet responsibly and to also limit the time. As far as a Myspace for young children; that will probably only happen if there is a price attached to it

I also agree with Anna......But I'll add that I just wouldn't let my child have a myspace account. Problem solved.
