what should the constitution do?
who will enforce it? remember, ze already mentioned that he is not always "in".
will there be/ should there be a way to have a trial if the constitution is crossed? if so, will it be conducted with the premise that the defendent is innocent until proven guilty? Where will we base our evidence, on editable posts? If there isn't a trial, how can we be sure enforcement of the constitution is justified and not a knee-jerk reaction in the heat of the moment?

me being the genius that let the sh*t hit the fan around here recently I do believe that having one person on watch and control is very wise, it's being enforced already so we don't really need to talk about this?

I am curious about that, too, as I was told anyone caught abusing moderator privileges would have said privileges taken away. I would consider closing a thread b/c you don't like where it's going would be considered abuse. Also,
