A Toast to Bread:
O bread, O staff of life! Were I not married, I'd make you my wife. To have and to hold, Until you grow mold - Bold bread! Bread for all! With sesame sprinkles, I bathe thee with wine As twilight twinkles. I toast thee! I toast thee! O Bread be mine!

toasting in moderation
I am some would call an avid bread eater. I could eat it all day...varying kinds mind you. I don't always find it necessary to toast, but every once in a while I can't resist. There is no smell as refreshing as fresh toast.
I've just found a new bread I like and it may sum this up a bit. It's made of sprouted grains...so very rare in bread today...it's crunchy and good. It has no flour or preservatives and the recipe it's self comes from times before toasters. Ezekiel 4:9... Being a sprout myself I like the ability to toast if I want...but it great be a part of the bread...I hate the idea that all that flour can mess it up for everybody...
