Favourite Songs to Sing/Play

Whether it's in the shower or on a stage, what are your favourite songs to perform and why? And if applicable, what instrument do you use?

I play the guitar (sort of), and I've been playing a lot of K. T. Tunstall recently. I love her songs! They have a good learning curve for the so-so guitarist, and her voice range is very similar to mine (I am therefore striving to sound as good as she does).

Songs I've been singing to myself lately include: "Something To Talk About" by Bonnie Raitt, "I'm the Only One" by Melissa Etheridge, and "Good Day Sunshine" by The Beatles.

I'm at the moment learning "La Vie en Rose" (in french). It's such a pretty song and the melody has been in my head for so long that I thought I may as well be able to play it.
