 Which Gackt are you most like? quiz by  mcvarmaziYou are the ultimate S&M Gackt. If you hadn't realized that "Illuminati" was as horny as **** when you first heard it, the music video made it very, very apparent. This Malice Mizer song/video isn't suggestive, it just all-out shows you what it means. If you ever thought about Gackt (or any of the other MM members) in bed, here's your chance to see him perform.  You are the final appearance of Gackt as a Malice Mizer member. "Le Ciel" has an ethereal, slightly eerie, but extremely beautiful melody with very powerful lyrics. Gackt's vocal and lyrical talents are at its best in this song. Even the music video is memorable, probably one of Malice Mizer's best during their Gackt period. All of the members are almost godlike, with a very graceful state about them, and are wearing possibly some of the coolest visual kei outfits in all of jrock... just mind the fingernails.

Some of Malice Mizer's best work in the Gackt-age is on this CD, for it displays the multi-faceted creativity of this very versatile band. The corresponding music videos and concert for this album are equally fascinating. Many visual kei looks are considered to be integral to this album, but most famous perhaps is the wing scheme.... where Gackt flew down from the stage ceiling all in black with giant wings like a graceful and solemn raven.

 Which Gackt are you most like? quiz by mcvarmaziYou are the Gackt that bombastically announced your entrance into solo artist status. Classic, elegant, irresistable and royal... "Mizerable" is all that. The music video is gorgeous, even though its really the song that makes this album such a fan-favorite. A beautiful violion melody countered with drum licks that really gives this song a creative edge, add into this some absolutely fantastic lyrics and the powerful voice of Gackt, and you have one of his best songs, ever. |
