Tomato
Tomato's are fruit because they are the the swollen uterus of a flower. Yes flowers have uterus's. Everything that contains a seed which started out as a flower, is a fruit. This includes nuts, pods, and gourdes. The LOA, no matter how awesome they may be, cannot deny proven laws which have existed even from before the LOA's formation.

No, let's debate this!
tomato - best with extra-virgin olive oil, fresh mozzarella, and fresh basil. Are there any other fruits that taste just as good with these things? Yes. Avocado, of course. Kalamata Olives. Thinly sliced raw beef (a.k.a. carpaccio) and parmesan cheese chunks. drizzled with more rich and fruity extra-virgin olive oil. Therefore, all these things are fruit, including the beef (fruit of the prairie) and the cheese (fruit of the cow). They are what I'd like for lunch. It's the kind of fruit salad that makes life worth living.

What you do is take some cherry tomatoes and scoop the middle out with a mellon baller.
Then you mix together cooked/crumbled bacon, a little mayo and shredded lettuce. Then you stuff that mixture into the tomatoes and walla, BLT bombs!
