For Stoney.....

Do a dedication/acknowledgements to a novel that you have just written.

Rules:

None. This can be as short or as long as you want. Anything can go here. What would you say on this page(s)? Feel free to include flowcharts, diagrams, photos, quotes, lyrics, whatever.

I'd like to write a few words here as acknowledgement that I couldnt have done all this alone.
In no particular order my heartfelt thanks go to Peggy Cannuck, for editing this mighty tome, and for her stilletto sharp wit and support eh?. Nox Villanova for crazy ideas and stunts. La Dolce Pietra for her recording of "Il Postino Grande", and Frieda Kase and Rujnes Valkyrie for the catering, especially the stawberries and cheese. Also involved in many ways and in no ways at all were: Rebecca Straw, Angela Quick, Mrs Z.Baybe for her barefaced cheek, D.V Eight and Miss V.Eight (not sure which), Noel Raddish, Mr O.Nun, Mandy Kimono (Far East)and Sir Richard Oxbridge (K.C.B, D.F.C, M.M, K.F.C and bar) for the historical background, and thanks to all at the R.M.R Donut and Lingerie Store in Oak Park.
Legal wranglers Beale, Blue, Base, Ball & Newed provided much advice, especially with the Vatican for certain scenes.
To everyone else who helped that I havnt yet paid - hahahahaha.

Thanks to Stoney for keeping us full and warm on our big night out. To Big Steve for all of the beverages (pull your pants up man!).

I could not have written this without the untiring love of Jared, who always provided me with a sandwich.

Thanks to my mom, aunt Debbie, my sister/wife, the two mice that run around on my bed at night, the naked guy across the street, the dripping faucet in my bathroom, my sense of humor, all of the Daniel's and their employees, that lady with the huge hips at the laundromat, the dog that peed on my hubcap today, and especially Michael Jackson, who always makes me feel sane.

My gym locker combination is 22R - 14L - 3R.

Of all those I've promised to mention in this particular spot...

Of the lot of them...

None have more affected me than you.

I'd like to thank all the men who made this story what it is; impossible, but true; all the details, all the gory details...

But I can't - 'cos you all disappeared. Still trying to figure out what happened.

Write to my publisher if you're still around. We'll do lunch.

I'd like to graciously thank my editor Bob.

Bob, you mean sonofabitch, you called me day after day. You were worse than any freakin' collection agency I'd try to dodge, relentless, even when I was trying to catch a few blessed hours of sleep, oh no, you'd wake me up demanding my book. "Where's my book? Where's my book?" My God you'd literally shriek into the phone, your voice higher than any teenager breaking puberty (I can still hear it in my sleep), constantly nagging me for deadline. Well then, now you have it? Are you satisfied? You drained the last speck of blood from my poor brittle body, now stuck permanently upright in the hands to keyboard computer desk pose. Do you know how impossible it is to sleep in that position? .. but anyways, yes, thanks Bob. Thanks a lot you rat. Here's your dedication. Now can I sleep?
