Angry Road Rage, parking lot style

Some soccer mom just tried to kick my a$$ in the post office parking lot.

Our post office has a parking lot the size of a...well...postage stamp. It's 10-12 stalls that are slanted up against the building. There's usually enough room to park along the side, and still have room for those in the slanted spots to get out.

Unless you're driving a minivan. Oy. Oh & also, my post office has put 3 No Parking Signs up. So technically, I'm at fault, but I don't care. Those signs weren't there on Thursday when I went. If they don't want people to park there they can build a bigger f*cking parking lot.

So she's screaming at me, and I say, "I'm sorry, but there's no place else to park" Instead of listening to her whine, I got in my car. She was going to leave, but then decided to block me in. (There is only one way out of the lot, like a big one-way u from street to street) Then someone else comes out & gets in front of me, behind her. She lets him go ahead, explains out the window to him what she is doing & he goes. She sits for a minute & then realizes there is someone behind me now. So she takes her sweet time, but she finally goes home, letting the rest of us out of the parking lot.

I guess I should just be glad she didn't get out & beat me w/her bag of soccer balls. And I'm spent.

How was everyone else's day?
