I just received an email regarding this, & thought it was a scam. After I checked on it though, the scary thing is... it's NOT.
PLEASE READ! I tried it this morning & my number, address and along with directions to my house was there. Follow the directions: go to www.google.com. It will come up on a search line, type in your full ph # ___-___-____ and it will bring your info up. It will have a telephone icon next to it, click on that and scroll down a little it will give you the option of having your info removed. It only takes a couple of mins, but it will be worth it. You have to wonder what the hell they were thinking by doing this! Sometimes the www is a scary thing... Pax, LC
