Well, unless there are any great surprises, it looks like the war is essentially over. 3 weeks. A hundred or so U.S. and British troops dead. 20 or more journalists dead. A few thousand Iraqi civilians dead. we'll probably never know how mani Iraqi soldiers. Apparent "smoking gun" proof of WMD...
... and the end of a terrible regime. In the grand scheme of things... we were very lucky. Now it starts to get interesting as the accounts start to get settled. |
