Favorite TV theme song
I expect this will go over like a lead balloon, it being Friday and all... but when the mood hits, you gotta go with it...
Mine's the Sesame Street theme song, which should surprise no one: Sunny day Sweepin' the clouds away On my way to where the air is sweet Can you tell me how to get How to get to Sesame Street Come and play Everything's A-okay Friendly neighbors there That's where we meet Can you tell me how to get How to get to Sesame Street It's a magic carpet ride Every door will open wide To happy people like you Happy people like What a beautiful Sunny day Sweepin' the clouds away On my way to where the air is sweet Can you tell me how to get How to get to Sesame Street... How to get to Sesame Street... This is closely followed by the M*A*S*H* theme song, "Suicide Is Painless", the lyrics of which are almost diametrically opposed to those of the Sesame Street theme song, in every way. Just had to share...
